I'm not too sure as to what Blossom used as a projectile to take out the noisy cricket, but she is truly fast at the draw. Looking at the dimensions of the comic, I'd say the artists decided to deviate from the former comic format, to a somewhat extended panel since the Christmas page. Which is not a bad deviation from the norm, & it does allow for a little more story per each page. Now that "Blossom vs. Bell" round 2 has begun. I'm eager to see if Blossom can finally settle the score with Bell, regardless of the bomb going off. Although, the end of the previous chapter would suggest otherwise.
