I'm sad. I was rather fond of Licorice.
Guess I was right, again.

I share the sentiment. Indeed, she was a rather domineering character & possessed a quality that separated her from the rest. Her potential to grow as a defining individual was something I had looked forward to seeing, but that apparently is something that is beyond her now. Looking at the flashbacks of when she was a sweet child; it makes me wonder if the tough & sassy Ginger we were introduced to in the beginning of the story was the dominate side born after her mother death. Whereas now we see the quiet & reserved princess that was locked away for so long, finally asserting herself where she belongs. The question now: Is Ginger capable of moving forward on her own strength, or will she one day have to rely on Licorice once again when the time comes? If this is how the series is to end, then we can pretty much guess the answer on that.
