Seems like a reference to Billy's chocaholic tendencies in the show. Funny that Jeff would wind up serving someone with some of his father's problems.

That or it's fridge logic. Mimi's reactions have been priceless. This is the most expressive I've seen her in... ever?

And I thought "thwip" was the generally-accepted sound effect for webbing being shot. Bleedman already showed Cap's shield and Mjolnir, so what's wrong with "thwip?" But 'good show' for having Jeff do something a spider can.

Jeff's webbing sound effect has always been 'phwoot.'
