I never read preacher so I googled it and I couldn't find a picture of the heaven in that story- if you can find a picture of it I'd love to see it! I tried to make the heaven in satan's excrement look really weird to make sure it wouldn't look like any other heaven- hence all of the weird vessels connected to eachother like those old protons/electrons/atoms models from science class.

I WISH THIS WAS BLADE RUNNER! I've been super into scifi lately and I've been trying to convince myself that satan's excrement is a scifi but its not because it involves heaven/hell/afterlife which is not scientifically proven.... its more of a... DARE I SAY IT.... fantasy.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT! DEAR GOD NOT ONLY IS IT THE SAME EXACT VESSEL CONCEPT ITS A SUNSET HEAVEN TOO?! This would only happen to me lmao! I find this so funny! I tried extra hard to make up a heaven that was weird and different only to find out someone has done nearly the same exact thing! That is sooooooo crazy! I swear I've never read that comic before haha! Thanks for showing me that, its such a weird unexpected coincidence.
