Also, how do we know the vampire's name is Mina? Was it on deviantart?

Sorry. Mina is from an old CN cartoon, and she befriended a vampire count. I don't remember the name offhand, but at the time she was human. This means that she was turned at some point by the Count. Her abilities that have already been shown are... is the ability to transform into a wolf, a trait of vampires in older depictions. Assuming this, she may also possess the ability to become a bat, as well as a pocket of mist (an ability usually depicted as an evasive maneuver).

Well then, assuming Mina has classic vampire abilities, now would be a good time to go Mist-form. Or even before, in order to have evaded any of Mimi's blows, and even the garlic bread.

I notice Mimi's face has not been shown even once yet.

classic anime/manga method of portraying badasness. eyes blocked by shadows, or hair hanging low over the eyes and face. head tilted down in a manner suggesting the character dosent even need to look up for their opponent or pay them any serious acknowledgement.

They also can only traditionally be killed with a stake to the heart, not a steak to the face. But then again, is this sparring, or a death match?

Did Mina's cape just become her undies in that transformation? o.O I love how you can see the color of her skin changing during the transformation in the top panel and I just love her facial expression in the last panel. Great work as always and waiting on tip-toes for the next page. Keep up the good work.
