Because he's one of the few low-mid tier heroes for whom I have any speed stats useful in determining whether anyone can outrun the blast (conclusion: no, they can't). And because he's my all-time favourite hero, and because everything lately is 'Spider-Man' (new cartoon and movie). Oh well. Doesn't matter,e specially given the inaction of the next page.
