I thought the referring was of Grim tales -_- I was about to burst into TEARS haha no

If Mimi is Mandy's daughter I have a feeling that Mandy has gotten a little to... liberal in her pass times. Also, for someone who doesn't like kids she would sure be responsible for a hand full. I see no reason to speculate about Mimi's mother. Doesn't seem to be all that important.

I think the last one is a definite yes.
If I had to take a wild guess I would say the vault contains something that could create another Death-Nergle hybrid. Perhaps it contains Nergle himself (where else could he be hiding).

Incidentally, Nergle was always out to get Grim's job. Quite convenient that a Nergle-beats with Death's power is now the single most powerful thing in the universe.

Well, if you recall what Him said earlier, it sounded like he wanted a replacement hand. My guess would be he's searching for Horror's Hand. I doubt it has much to do with Nergal, whom is now dead, so if it does involve him it has to do with Nergal Jr.

Nergal Jr. seemed shocked when he saw his father torn to bits after they destroyed the pumkinator or whatever his name was. I find that good proof that Nergal Sr. is dead.

He also saw Minni torn into far smaller bits. I feel like Nergal's death would be made a little bit more apparent. He seems like an important enough character.
