Not much dialog in this one, but it's straight forward enough. I am sure everyone has seen the guy with the 'now' one arm (He's the guy that killed Strife I did do some redesigning on him) but do you know the guy in the smoke.

why do u make the girl eyes so freaky 1 is big and the other so way to small? :?: :?: :?:

It's a quarter view of the face from the side, but If I had to go into detail then It might go into a whole tutorial thing that you can look it up in a how to draw manga book.
