Well, I did say on a post I forgot that Bleedman seems to be active in SNAFU, specifically, his comics....

Maybe Olga was behind the Blob Creature trying to kill Dexter and that's why she's po'ed that he surivied?

Or maybe we're going to be tossed for a 180 when she turns out to be a nice and friendly girl, even to Dexter (she learned what happened and knew her brother was off the deep end by time he died) and it's someone else working behind the scenes.
