Well there is a little interview I did at Metrocon. By far the best part is the banner they made at the top of the page for me. Very rad.

Dave, you seem so...normal. Not like a basement dweller at all. I love how you just fell into this randomly. Really nice to hear the history of a site that has wasted several hours of my life. At least my post count is up at 20,000 or something to make me feel even worse. Animated? I really have imagined Sugarbits as being doable as a cartoon series, especially since it is original.

Surprised nothing Bleed-related came up asking "Are you really affiliated with this sicko?" That coulda been a toughie.

Whee, Dave liked my banner!

Actually in reply to Mo: Matt, my boss, did whine about me not asking more questions about bleedman, but I definitely wouldn't call him a sicko, he's one of my favorite artists ever (endling being my personal favorite), not to mention he did the cover art for the Metrocon booklets xP.

Ahhh Metrocon was a blast. It was fantastic meeting with you Dave and I hope my fiance and I get to work with you guys eventually. We learned a good bit at your Photoshop panel by the by (happy I could help!) and I cherish the "gross" TIN drawing you left us, 'twas a fantastic gift :P

Love the interview also... my first Photoshop version was 6 as well. Crazy looking back at this version and then to CS4, so many additions to the program...

Thanks everyone! And Kibs I think you did a great job on the interview.

And Norro yeah thanks for the help with the panel. You saved it from being a catastrophe to just a mild disaster. And yeah Photoshop 6-cs4 I still don't think they changed all that much. The small additions don't really change the core program that you actually use like at all. I dunno it has new stuff. But so not needed.

@ Dave, why thank you very much, I look forward to seeing you again in a few days.

And I do agree, not much is really added to photoshop past a add-on to already existing features and general aesthetics, but I still prefer to keep updated, as performance (hopefully) improves

Hm, Grim Tales book and an animated comic? Sounds good.

I'm a sucker for aesthetics myself, so I enjoy all the visual changes and add-ons to Photoshop simply because they appeal to me. Still, soooo not worth the ever-increasing price of the program :P

A book for Grim Tales?
Wouldn't that cause copyright issues?
Well not unless the copyrighted characters are removed/replaced that is.

So this animated series could either be what Alex (the Bunnywith guy) is doing or what Nick (Brain Dead guy) is doing or even both.
