There is no translation.

But obviously the heart shape ones means "I love you" and the one with the extra detail means "I love you too"

Agree with Blood Lord. No need to worry about offending people with your opinion. And besides, I personally think you did quite well translating that. It's still up for discussion, but I'm sure that a lot of people feel the same way you do 0megaZer0, they're just afraid of getting their thoughts stomped onby someone else. I applaud your ability to say what you think and not care about what any other might think about it.
