Hey everyone Snafu needs some volunteer help. Dedmerath's Naruto:Heroes Path Comic and Stan's Pirate Harbour/Titan Sphere comics need an editor to help them be concise with proper grammar. Are there any editors out there that can help them with the text editing a bit?

And lastly there is a new comic series coming to Snafu soon but the line art is so good it would be awesome to have a colorist out there who likes to... well color. Just a quick sample or what I'm talking about.

Click on that image to download the larger version If you're interested in being a colorist color that page and send it into me at snafudave@gmail.com And we'll look over the coloring and go from there. We'd really appreciate the help so if you're up to the task please tell us!

I'd love to help with editing. I'm an English major teaching English, and I used to write for my Alma Mater's paper. I've been doing some writing of my own, but I've got more than enough time to spare to look over some other work.

My god I'm tired of the final fantasy VII, I wouldn't be bother if it was any other Final fantasy but they truly need to put this part of the series to rest. There literally is nothing left of clouds story to go through and anything else seems like it's just beating a dead and i mean very dead horse. Outside of that factor the artist seems quite good, his art is smooth and flows well. The SFX is also a nice touch.

 ...That's Cloud.
...And that's Sephiroth.
And you need a colorist to bring this slice of awesome to the already awesome SNAFU site? Talk about a good way to get some credentials. Unfortunately, I don't think coloring is really a strongpoint of mine... :( Also, don't the "main" artists get some form of compensation for their work, from site advertising and such? While credential-building is all well and good, I'm afraid someone could get slighted if they're not careful. =/

Mine also. Stop trying to be original with colors, you're not original, you are stupid. And personally I love FF7 but it is overhyped. But I do love seeing Sephy pop up in places :D

I wonder how much editing can one get... I mean, I assume the authors need a second check in general and some help with language stylisation, and if that's the case it's normal. I didn't see any major problems from the Pirate Harbour thus far, so I'm not sure what to expect to be in need. Any evaluation on that?

Does the length really matter at that point? Stufflikehearts I enjoy ff7 as well i just want to see some attention to one of the other Final Fantasies. There really is nowhere left to go with the series. Cloud with aeirth destroyed all of the Jenova cells with great gospel in AC, The Turks took care of the First avalanche in BC, we got Zacks story in CC and Vincent finished up the last major threat to their world in DoC. Cloud and his group have nothing left to do, They've come to equal terms with Shinra so I can't see this continuing in anyway possible.

I'll do some editing for them. I'm good with grammar and general paragraph editing.

Send me a PM if you think I'm good for the job.

Eh, I'll try. If nothing else it gives me a chance to test out Sai more. I would like to know what type of coloring style their looking for though.

I could help with the editing the text and whatnot. I'm no super-english-major or anything, but editing text and helping with spelling is definitely within my domain. It'd be easy as pie.

As I said, I don't know if they need just a simple spellcheck. I mean, any program can do it for you, and a dictionary can help you with the wording. I'm assuming it's more about the more complex side of the language, stylisation, some phrases maybe, and the like. I'd like to hear out some details before saying anything more...

Fixed
As an aspiring writer with too much time on his hands, I'd be more than happy to take a shot at this.

Not wanting to sound mean, but a person aspiring to be a writer should not be ignorant in languages. You fixed my "stylise" as if it was a grammar error. I'd say that "stylise" is British variation of American "stylize" (rather the other way round...), but I'll assume you knew that and it was a mere pun on your side. I somehow dislike having my "colour" and "humour" fixed to ugly-looking "color" and "humor"... But that's about tastes.
