There's not much on it yet, but there's some images and it's supposed to come out on 2014.

Oooo Thief! From the guy who worked on Bioshock! This game's awesome.
As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

Stuff: Exodis is funnier than people give him credit for.

It looks a lot like Dishonored, visually, even if in the gameplay they're trying to take it a different direction
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

What I was thinking. And both games have a theme on sneaking around.

But Dishonored itself cribbed from the original Thief games.

Ya, the article Hiryu posted talks about that, they also addressed how Thief will be different. One of the designers had this to say:

From the Article Hiryu Posted wrote:“We played Dishonored. We had fun playing it, but at the same time, when we were playing it we realised it was a very different type of game, even though the inspiration and the source is the same. In terms of game mechanics, they have a very strong arcade feeling over their magics. They’re very magically inspired – our direction is more mystical, more immersive, more realistic feel.…Thief isn’t about revenge. It’s not about killing people. It’s about stealing, and being places you shouldn’t be. That’s what made Thief stand out in the old days. It was about everything else but killing.”
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. I'm still very skeptical about this game... From what I've read so far, it seems like a far more casual Thief game, which is a shame because I loved Dark Shadows for its difficulty
