But it also took away a bunch of stuff as well, Climbing has gotten easier, it's more like Parkour now which i understand because as you get more modern parkour just makes sense. Also there's less emphasis on assassinating people.There were maybe 2 or 3 actual assassinations in the game that required you to be stealthy. The Naval Missions were pretty cool though, and the Soundtrack was as good as ever.I just hope the new game goes back to it's roots and makes us feel like a real assassin again.

Also, it appears that there will be free roam on the high seas and way more locations.

You'll have to maintain a crew to run your ship. They'll board ships with you. You can lose them in storms, battle etc and you'll have to recruit/find more guys for your ship

Instead of Desmond, the player will be an employee of Abstergo Entertainment, a subsidiary of Abstergo Industries, the monolithic Templar corporation that's served as an antagonist throughout the series.



"Ubisoft is building 50 locations for the game, dotted around the Caribbean map for players to uncover. These include hidden coves full of smugglers, smaller fishing villages where you can undertake side-missions and find upgrades, remote tobacco-rich plantations for some land-based piracy, the series' traditional forts, more Mayan ruins, coconut tree desert islands where you can pick up marooned men for your crew and thick, dense areas of jungle to explore.
