There's Dragon Bone armor, which is the heavy version
And there's Dragon Scale armor, which is the light version

And no, you can't craft Ancient Shrouded Armor. It's part of a side quest for the Dark Brotherhood, although you may already be able to access the hidden room where its located. Go to Hag's End, look for the throne room and look for a hidden button on the left side of the throne, it should open a hidden room where you can find it.

Why would you need magic when you can sneak around unseen? AND DO 30x DAMAGE WITH DAGGERS (given you have the Assassins Blade perk, which every stealth character should get)?

Because I'm primarily a mage character. And sneak being totally OP doesn't make me wanna use it any more than I do. I couldn't give less of a shit if it enables you to one-shot bosses.

Yeah I'm avoiding that whole sneak = win everything thing.
I can easily fight Giants now, too.

This seems the right place to ask.

Morrowind any good?

My friend who played Morrowind says "It's the shit." And that his favorite part of it is that everything has a story or a secret to it.

Unlikely example:
Random Stonehenge pillars? It's actually a sacred location used to turn the second most powerful weapon in the game to it's original substantially MORE powerful form!

Very good, I actually place it above Skyrim (mostly due to nostalgia reasons)

It's great. The world is beautiful. Oblivion was a huge disappointment.

When I finally beat Skyrim in 2014, I'll probably play Morrowind and Oblivion with graphics mods.

M'aiq The Liar makes his first appearance in Morrowind. He has so much more to tell you.

Also I love the Daedra. They're always giving me nice things.

Hi, guys, I just got Skyrim, and trying to get the feel of the game... My bro told you could do sneak attacks in this game. Tried doing a melee sneak attack, got close, but I always get detected while before I could lay a blow. Any tips?

Light Armor and find a trainer to get your sneak up.

You can take advantage of the glitches.

Personally I used a bow to sneak attack people at first so I could be further away but in range.

Does M'aiq actually say anything useful in Skyrim? Or is he just some inside joke or gimmick?

What? WHAT? in all honesty, I think it's for the modders... still, DLC that adds Morrowind would be awesome

As far as I know, he never said anything useful. He's always been an inside joke from the developers.

Alright, just finished the game, and I'm anxious to craft myself some better set of armor.

Does anyone here have tips to increase your smithing faster yet? I found out Daedric armor is easier to craft than expected, that is, If you have two hours to spare.

Rerolled as a mage High Elf and found another interesting exploit, the two guys who guide you out of Helgen cant die, and they dont turn hostile when attacked either. I'm already at Destruction level 30 and I haven't dealt with the bear yet xD

Gonna go for an Illusion mage though, I'm gonna mindfuck all of Skyrim

I just "finished" it today too. Now I'm impatient for the expansion packs.

Actually, I came back to inform that I've gotten to level 71 smithing by just crafting iron daggers. I found out the guide I had more details in it than I thought, and this method also makes you gain a few levels as well. Honestly, that's all you got to do. And all you need to craft the set is a bunch of ebony ingots and four Daedra hearts. This is better than spending a shit ton of hours looking for parts of the armor in Morrowind and Oblivion (I have the console versions, but I obtained the PC version of Morrowind as well so I can hax my way to getting the other parts.)

Just in case, I advise for those who haven't reached level 100 smithing to savor the perk points for the other parts of Smithing that are required to smith Daedric, and If necessary, Dragon Armor.

Jesus Christ, this game needs to be modded sooner or later; I got the console version of this, but hell, I want to see this as well! That's fucking badass.
