So, Sivir's visual upgrade with some changes to her skills. Also Rammus visual upgrade. And Let's not forget Heimy's new skill set.
Plus, skins that were a one-time deal are actually turning into legacy skins. And I'm getting back the RP I spent on my Bewitched Nidalee thanks to that, along with other benefits.

Jinx Jungle on Twisted Treeline is really good. I don't think anyone cares for it, but her Q kit with Dorans Blade is ridiculously op for the lvl 1 clear.

In my experience in games of all sorts, 200ms is pretty much the cut-off point for me. Any more than that and the delay becomes a bother to me.
But thinking 0.2 seconds ahead in a game like LoL is not particularly difficult.
Admittedly pro "in-the-nick-of-time" super-combo-perfect-timing plays are close to impossible at that ping. But then again, I'm not trying to be pro, just to have some fun.

As I said, you can pull of some pro-level plays in 0.2 seconds. But in the usual level of gameplay, if you can't escape death with at least some margin of error then you're gonna die anyway.

I would think 0.2 sec had a lot of influence on precision stuff like skill shots. Running away from someone in a direct line, less so, of course.

to me, that 0.2 second delay would make the game far less enjoyable... but I guess its what you're used to.

So I just had a game. Started off awful. But the enemy couldn't handle split pushes. Down by 10 kills and 40 assists. I got my win :D
