My Jin still is pretty horrible. Too many ice cars and I use essentially the same combo every time, if not a slight deviation due to distance problems. I also generally go all-out offense, so I barely block, which is a problem. But anyway, that was fun, icha. We really do need to get all three of us together sometime. I'm pretty much free for the rest of the week except on Friday 4:30 PM (GMT-5). Gotta work closing shift of Black Friday, which is gonna suck so bad. At least I don't have to open, though...

Still horrible? Then what do you say about my 4 characters that I use which you pound into the ground in the exact same way?

;_;

(to be fair, I know that because I focus on 4 characters instead of one, they're all half-baked.)

How about now-ish? (11:00 today)

Don't you think we might be better off bring all 3 of us if you give me or thunder a way to contact you outside of snafu?

Oops, sorry. I was playing Way of the Samurai 3 all day yesterday, since I have to return it when I go in to work tonight.

OK, I just enabled my email, so if you need to contact me, send me an email anytime. I have my iPhone linked to my emails, I'll be able to get a notice anytime, as long as I'm not asleep or anything.

I should practice more. I only find myself winning online with Noel and Jin.

I'm personally excited for Lamda, even if she's an apparent "nerf".

There's a lot of things I see there that'll improve my game a whole bunch.

Lamda didn't really seem any different from Nu, but that might just be because I haven't played her a whole lot.

Swords don't go as far, start closer to her, are apparently "slower".
The max amount of hits for her sword combos I think is capped a bit more tightly, harder to make situations where her swords are unblockable.

She now has a fast dashing attack that can either trip, launch, or guard prime (take a huge chunk off of their guard gauge).

Damage for the whole game has been scaled down more or less, so she stays alive for a lot longer and allows for some more mistakes.

There's a bunch of other minor tweaks that in general makes it more of an option to use the various specials she has.

Oh yeah, and Bang and Tager's damage were basically not tuned down at all, so they're both really strong now.

Tager and Bang are basically top tier. Litchi is probably the third highest.

Rachel is bottom tier.

I was never able to use Rachel properly, I found her just too difficult to play with.

Well, there were a number of mechanical changes, and I guess they just underestimated how much Tager and Bang would profit....

The chief reason why Bang was low tier was bad damage output. That and poor reversal options, but mostly the former.
When a character's weakness revolves heavily around one serious flaw, taking away that flaw usually makes him pretty powerful. XD

The new Tager is hilariously powerful. He might have been one of the worst characters tierwise in CT, but that's saying relatively little considering how close together the tiers were in power.

The very bottom, though it seem like some are saying Hakumen is worse.

Hakumen isn't that bad though I prefer Taokaka and Rachel.

THE WHEEL OF SLAM IS JAMMIN
Michael Jordan confirmed as top tier despite not being even in the game, surpassing slayer cameo.

Oh yeah, I saw some pics of Mu while trollin' around the internet a few nights ago.

I suspect our release date will be a bit later than the Japanese date. Probably closer to Christmas this year or start of next year. I hope it comes out by Christmas, because I won't be able to play for long. Once I move back to Singapore, I'll be in boot camp for a few months. And if I don't bring my PS3, I'm gonna flip out from boredom when I stay in Singapore for two years. Hell, if I don't bring any games in general, I'm gonna flip.

Well, if it doesn't come out until next year anyway, then I'll get to play the arcade version in Singapore with no Mu. Mu will probably be unlockable like Hakumen and Nu if you ask me. Makes no sense if they didn't implement her in the arcade version and then added Mu in the console one.

I do like Lambda's sound effects. Those are cool. It didn't seem like she was dash canceling very much. Hopefully they didn't nurf that. I do enjoy running circles around Icha.

Just you wait, I'll make sure Tager stays top-tier!
