Well, tried out the open beta a few days ago. Gotta say I'm quite disappointed in the game, I've heard that the graphics were LIEK, AWSUM or something, but it ain't. Oh, well.
But seriously, the controls fail, BIG TIME.
Keyboard controls: I'm able to control the character's movements with the arrow pad, but when turning, the character rotates slowly.

Anybody playing it? Comments?

Lineage II is not free.
It maybe still in beta (as in, free for now), but it does not make it a free game.
What I don't get is what the Hell is all the fuss about this game. The graphics ain't as good as they claimed to be, and the control sucks.
Why a huge part of the MMO community is all nutty about this is beyond my comprehension.

Its been available in the cafes for months..
I have yet to hear of any "top-up" cards involved and the program itself can be downloaded off the internet.

Sounds free to me..

Yeah...
RO had an open beta that's at least a year long.

well, I haven't really played the game myself, but I've heard a lot hype surrounding it.
I predict this "FAD" will last as long as the Beta version will.. at least where I live.

I've heard of this thing long before we had it over here, it was when they released in back in Korea. I doubt that the madness will end when the open beta ends.
