Well... yeah... One store's branch, and a few (well, it could have easily been several hundred, that "administrator error" seemed to save thier buts) people getting a game early isn't that big of a deal. But still, that's bullshit, especally with the "DO NOT SELL BEFORE 9/25" sticker they have on them. My main point is just that Microsoft is totally justified, and should take action against Argos. Threatening all the buyer/players of the game though? DEFINATLY retarded. The buyer's didn't do anything wrong nor hurt Microsoft in any way, but Microsoft quickly changed their minds, so I think it was just an over-reaction.

The release date is mentioned so many times and over 90% of those who wanted to buy Halo 3 should know that already.
Knowing that fact, and getting them before the release date?
