Is it just me, or does anyone else find the cups in this game ridiculously hard? To the point of being a bit insane and annoying. It really reduces the fun factor. I still can't see why they dont let you choose a difficulty setting like in VS mode or Mario Kart.

Great game though, otherwise.

The first cup was WAY too easy, but that's the way it should be. Second cup I was scared because the computer was able to beat me sometimes, but I pulled through that cup perfectly fine as well. The third Striker cup is a bitch. Definitely beatable, but extremely tough. Learn to use your items well to get room for a charge that will give you an automatic point (Birdo, Hammer Bro). You can also learn to time Waluigi's, Peach's, and Toad's dodge move to sneak past the goalie.
