I highly doubt that. It just seems very very unlikely. Even if they aren't that far into development, they've already STARTED at least so 2011 is a BIG pushback.

If Square pushes XIII and VSXIII back to 2011, then it better be the best game they've ever made in the entire time they've been in business because that's the longest delay I've ever heard of.
