The Legend of Dragoon. It's an old turn-based JRPG for the PSX. God, that game was fun, with a rarely used, well-thought-out combat system. The Addition system was used in place of the traditional "run up and smack 'em, run back" attacks that were in most RPGs at the time, requiring you to press the attack button at the right time to continue the attack until it's done. Some of the Additions later in the game are fun to watch, and satisfying when you pulled them off.
There are quite a few people hoping the game sees a remake or even a sequel. I don't see it happening, but if it did I'd probably buy it.
