You're lucky most of the spoilers I didn't understand.
Thank goodness to that. >.>'
As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

The latest chapter was yet another perfect example of how much this series relies on conveniences... They should rename this series "Ass-pulling on Titan"

Oh right, I should probably also explain my reasoning...

So at the end of the latest chapter (where else?) it is suddenly shown that for some reason, Eren can now command the simple Titans... And of course this power only manifests in the nick of time

Yerp. Irritating but still going to continue. It's still not as annoying as Bleach imo.

Ah, yes, the obligatory "main characters displaced into High School drama". Seriously, what is it with the japanese and high school?

I am, however, interested in the manga "Attack on titan: Before the Fall". Talks about the days before Wall Maria fell, little knowing about the titans, and the introduction to the 3D Maneuver Gear.

Wall Mario...now I'm imagining Bowser, 50 meters tall, eating the Mushroom Kingdom.

Ye. There's lots of unanswered questions regarding the history of the world, and judging by how short the main series will be, not many of them will be answered.

Think this says quite a lot and can mean so much to so many different people.

Someone get me a horse.

@ Randori's post: Seen plenty of people draw AUs of the cast being in high school aside from Japanese fans. It kind of makes sense, a lot of more gruesome animes getting this sort of AU adaptation either by the creators or more often fans wanting to see them at peace for once.

All that picture made me ask is if you could avoid a Titan's wrath by being covered in an animal's entrails and/or disguised as one, sort of like with the zombies in The Walking Dead.

Kind of like that episode of The Simpsons Tree house of Horror "The Day The Earth Looked Stupid" where the townspeople would act like animals to confuse the aliens?
If so, then yes.
