This reminds me of those Hungry Man commercials Bookker T used to do
That actually speaks to the mainstream popularity that WWE has lost.

Project startos is basically a guy who will jump from about 36.500 meters..
That is the stratosphere for you. the edge of space... this means that if he jumps succesfully he will break the sound barrier.

AND HE IS ABOUT TO JUMP

Sun Oct 14, 2012 1:26 pm

I'm waiting to see what this brings as far as space suits, emergency plans and capsules.
The more I think about the more I feel like an idiot for not playing Journey sooner.

All I know about Journey is that it's called Journey.

I really loved it, I got hit with a wave of hopelessness in the game that I haven't had since the death of John Marsten in Red Dead.

Basically, from what I can gather from the Let's Plays I've seen of Journey
, the game is meant to be more of an experience sort of thing--kinda like a "it's about the journey, not the destination" sort of thing.
The mechanic of meeting anonymous players who you can journey with and help each other out is a pretty interesting (and cute) aspect of it, too.

I could only watch a playthrough of Journey, seeing as how I dont own a PS3... But from what I've seen (thank god the guy playing it was at least good at it), it looked really good. I especially liked the ending, on the snowy mountain.
Not quite sure if I understood the story though, it was a little confusing.
The best part of the game, for me at least, is still the soundtrack. Austin Wintory is a genius.

There's not much of story it's mostly inferred. I actually wish it ended with the playable characters death instead of the rebirth thing , but that just might be my inner masochist talking.
Sun Oct 14, 2012 5:54 pm
I understood the story that made the world what it is now, I just don't see what the player's role in it was. As far as I know, nothing changed.
Sun Oct 14, 2012 6:02 pm
The player had no role, I believe the intent of the player character was to escape that barren world. Which leads to a lot of interpretation for the player to make about certain things.

Walking Dead is premiering tonight. I've got to say after reading a few issues of the comic book I really miss Tony Moores Art Style. It's a shame he left the project

Poptart cat is still a thing?
Sun Oct 14, 2012 7:53 pm
If ponies can, why not a cat?
