Yeah. I played it with a few friends and we had a blast.
So far, the one problem I see with the WiiU (out of the small amount of time I played it) is that it seems that you need more than just yourself to enjoy it. When we played the Nintendo Land minigames, we had a blast. But then my friend moved to a single player game and even he looked incredibly bored while doing so.

As much as I hate to say it, I agree that this was probably the best thing to do for the company. It keeps a good storyline that people can really get angry over and root for Bryan.
Once again, I would have loved to see Bryan hold the title for more than a few minutes, but this makes for a better show. I can get incredibly bored of WWE if it seems like I'm watching the same thing week after week, which is why I really didn't care much for the Punk reign. Week after week he came out and said "I'm the best" and boasted for 15 mins, then Cena would come out, then there was tension. That was it, and that's why I got incredibly bored and tired of seeing it. I ended up being way more interested in the other superstars and their stories than the main eventers and their feuds.
