COME TO QUEENSBRIDGE, MUTHA FUCKER
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

i wasn't too sure if you would. he's a bit out there.

kendrick lamar's "good kid m.a.a.d. city" is the best rap album to be released in probably 10 years or so and it combines straightforward rap thrills with poignant, meaningful lyricism. tracks about life on the streets, dead friends and loved ones, and a very honest track where he admits that he never commits crime or takes drugs unless he's out with his friends. that last one is true for a lot of people, but not many would admit it.

The first one.
I'm just using the name of one of his songs to support it. He is the best, btw.

Oh, and Tuor, my brother's a huge Hip-Hop fan. I'll recommend some great rap artists: Atmosphere, Jedi Mind Tricks, MF Doom (of course), Jay-Z (his early work, like The BluePrint, and The Black Album), and others.
You should check out this guy on YT who reviews alot of Hip-hop albums. It's called The Needle Drop

which isn't a huge increase given how low on the totem pole you were to begin with but damn this is impressive.

that nas joke was really good and i like that you said "(of course)" when referring to DOOM because the man needs no introduction

The engine, the mission structure versus questing free for all, the Bethesda games also require knowing where every NPC is on the map, the Rockstar games only load what's within a set distance,a nd especially because almost every NPC can be interacted with in a Bethesda game.

Ah, thanks for responding. Personally, I think Bethesda should take some cues from other companies.

Their games should fair better in this next gen, with you know suitable amounts of ram and all that.

If that's the case, then shouldn't they have made their pc releases better? Granted, you have the option of player-modding and I think Bethesda should consider recruiting some of those modders who fixed bugs instead of just acknowledging some of them with easter eggs in New Vegas.

I wish I listened to more music... Maybe it'd be a good remedy for my sour mood lately. Anyone got anything they use to cheer them up or relax them?

As a masterbator to ambient music I usually listen to artists like Ray Lynch, Steve Roach, Future Sound Of London, and Tipsy. That usually puts me at ease.
Oh and I can't forget Dirty Three and their great album Ocean Stories.

And why is it not that easy? Please elaborate. Is it because they'd have to fire somebody? If that's the case, then they should hire modders to offer training.

Driving home at midnight and my tire went bad, tore up a bit.
Had to call Dad to come help change it, car doesn't have a lug wrench for some reason.
Started raining us at the end there to boot.
Not even sure what happened, must have hit something on the road that cut it.

You should stop whenever you type "they should hire" at the beggining of any sentence because that's where it's not that easy.

People often forget big businesses can't just hire people out of nowhere. Even though the common perception of a company is that it's rich and shits money people usually don't take into account all the expenses that have to be taken care of before people even get paid, usually getting an average salary worth of brute revenue despite what people think, with the top dogs being expensive as shit (i don't think i'll ever save up enough to afford an average rigger's one week worth of salary) and laying down people not being an option for most projects. We don't see much of this, you see the big bad AAA guys boasting and bragging about their sales figures to try and sound like they're doing the best. Series like Call of Duty and Battlefield may make millions in sales but, what do you get if your game cost $9 million to make and then made $9 million in sales?

Since pandering to the player's needs is not as important for a company whose blood has been completely changed to money as is making sure the game earns at least more than what the dev team spent on making it while still using the assets the company adquired at an earlier date (like staff personnel) so they don't keep spending money then it's a lot easier to just create an editable source that lets the community of players sort out the smaller/not-so-small details.

I didn't even touch the raw problems of getting people to work at your offices when the modders are some random 17 year old in Zimbabwe and a 43 year old ginger woman in Iceland and your offices are located in Rockville, Maryland like the beauties of paying for someone else's travel costs, passports, living quarters, assuming these people are even professionals and have a degree on whatever it is they do, etc.
