Cats are mini sociopaths, the things I have seen my cats do to bugs are gruesome if it was a larger animal.

Cats treat bugs like lions treat gazelles.

No, lions don't rip legs off and follow around the bastard as it runs in a circle trying to get away.

Cat's can come off as cold to people because they don't have the same facial structure as dogs, thus their EXPRESSIONS are limited, but they have a different body language that, if people spent five minutes reading about it, would discover cats are as loving to their masters as dogs are.

Ya, their tails do a lot of things
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

This is why i love cats instead of dogs. Because cats have this... Intellectual level of love to them.
If i had a rough day and feel like shit, my granny's dog will come to my legs and look sad, as if he did something to upset me. My cat comes, hops on my legs, licks my nose, and then stays there with me, purring, as if telling me that everything is going to be okay.

Hmm, I get the impression that 90% of cats would not give a fuck

Well of course, they're not my cats.
But this kitty here has been with me ever since she was born. I would not be able to believe she doesn't sense things.

dogs can know something is wrong, too. cats aren't any better at it, the ones that do actually care.

Allergic to cats, but all my life I've thought they were evil. Kind of want both a dog and a cat though... do allergy medicines work for pet allergies? I feel like they don't...

Having trouble staying asleep. I wake up about every 40 mins. And now I have really bad pressure in my sinuses, from crying I assume.

Fucking hell this is rough.

My cat never did such things to insects. My dog would catch moths and eat them. They did once team up in hunting down a bird that flew into our room when everyone was out one day. Covered the whole room in feathers.

They're getting desperate

I have a bearded dragon on my chest. Almost as effective as cuddling with a cat or dog. She's very sweet.

And now I have a leopard gecko. Not very sweet but s/he's using me for warmth so it's still cute.
