I had a cockatiel and I just know she loved us. she had such a great personality and would always come over close to us if we were near her cage. not to be petted, but just to look at us and chirp.

i feel like she knows i hate roaches and she knows i get pissy is she murders things for fun, so she only murders roaches and leaves everything else be. If anything, she stares at things and meow-purrs weirdly, but doesn't do anything.

it was the goddamn cutest thing, if a bit grisly. I heard her meow but it was like a muffled meow, so I turned and looked and I saw she had something in her mouth. when I walked up to her she dropped it and I saw it was a moth. it started crawling around so I know she caught it and didn't just pick up a dead one. poor thing's wings were bent though. it was put out of its misery quickly.

Ya, fish always kinda struck me a weird pet, you migth as well have like, a painting or a statue. Serves the same prupose, something pretty look at, except you don't have to feed it and clean the tank
