I remember that game, playing it at my friends house. It was hard though, if I recall, though that could just be because I was really young. I need to look up a Let's Play of that and relive my PS1 childhood lol.

Did you ever play Twister Metal back on the PS1, Male?

I wish I had a PS3 to play the new one. I only have an Xbox 360, so I can't say I like the new one. I remember Small Brawl was a great Twisted Metal game though, I loved that one.

That's the one with all the characters being kids right? I thought that one was okay, never understood the reason why they made them all kids, if was supposed to appeal to a younger audience then why make it rated T? That means if you are a teenager you can buy Twisted Metal 2, the greatest entry in the series.

As for the new one, it's pretty good, definately not as good as 2 or Black though. It had a good mulitplayer but lackluster main campain

Yeah, and the "vehicles" are all just remote control cars? I think that they were as you said, aiming for a younger audience, but I found the idea fun and innovative. Not just that, but I found it fun and different, such as the tree house level. It's no much serious as it is silly, which I thought was something amazing.

I saw some gameplay of the multiplayer on the new one, and it looks quite chaotic. It's a lot different than Twister Metal 2 or 4, which was where I left off. I didn't play much of Black, but I heard it was very good.

Twisted Metal 3 will always be my favorite, even if it was very silly.

I remember that included many famous landmarks. I didn't play that one for long, I didn't like it too much. My favorite was Twisted Metal 4 with its customized cards and extra multiplayer maps.

Oh and Twisted Metal Head On was pretty good too, even if it was just an inferior remake of TM2.

If I recall, that was the first one to have online multiplayer, right? I remember hearing that one died pretty quickly due the poor gameplay and that no one particularly used the online much at all.

3 was meh for me, I was a little disappointed that it dropped having an original soundtrack for Rob Zombie which wasn't a terrible choice since I was into him back in the day. I hated how the cars controlled though, I lost track of how many times my car was flipped over by simply get rammed by another car. I remember all the characters endings went from dumb to just not any sense whatsoever.
4 I thought was a little better, it definately handled a lot better than 3. Some of the cars were neat and I liked how they brought back all the classaic cars as bosses, even sweet tooth as the final boss...even though he was the most broken boss fight I've even encountered. If there's one thing that disappointed me about 4 it was the enviroments, most of them looked really god awful.

Actually I think Black did had some sort of online multiplayer.

Yep. Firestarter used his wish to have a barbecue and Club Kid wished to go to a rave. I also recall a wish about staying home and watching television. It's really dumb.

That boss fight was so horrible, I remember I absolutely hated getting the end of the game and fighting him. His special not only dealt massive damage but went on for what, a minute at a time?

I will admit that the environments were bad. Especially the bed room one. That level made absolutely no sense at all, because it went from the highway level to a bedroom. Not just that, but the carnival and the oil rig levels were not that great. Though they had good intentions in making the maps, they seemed a little bland. I remember that Neon City and Minion's Maze were good though. Minion's Maze especially, I had a fondness for.

If you read some of their bios, what they say they want to wish for is completely different from what they ending up wishing for in the end.
For example: Auger in the bio stated that he wanted to stop the contest from destroying all of his buildings, but in the ending he wished for being young again. The hell?

I used a cheat that allowed me to play as him, if you shoot 3 of his specials at once it actually lags the game up to the point to where it can lock up.

I would play Neon city all the time, mostly for the song. Minion's Maze was pretty good too.

You mean where you could access all the boss as playable characters? I for sure used that code all the time. That and god mode when I was fed up of losing so much. Down left L1 Left Right. I remember that code to this day haha.

A lot of the songs in TM4 were pretty good in my opinion, especially Rob Zombies Dragula in the first map of the game. I'm surprised I remember as much of this game as I do to be honest.

Random thunderstorm outside is random. o-o;
And it honestly startled me, since it came out of nowhere and was raining harshly all of a sudden, when it was so quiet moments ago.
This would be the second time in the past week or two that a thunderstorm appeared out of nowhere. o-o
