i'm not sure, but that's actually never happened to me

it's usually somebody i can't see or a shadow-y figure sort of thing

Last time I had sleep paralysis was when I was a kid. Probably the scariest time as well, because I just saw an old man looming over me.

it's more or less like this:

extremely realistic, usually takes place somewhere you're familiar with (like your room or w/e) nearly impossible to wake yourself up from, etc

Me too.

The only sleep disorder I have scares my family but not me so much.

I'm an annual sleep walker, usually would happen in the middle of May but last year it was in August I think.

I do get muscle spasms on my leg when I sleep, like when I am often sleep (or half asleep) I start feeling like I'm like falling and my leg suddenly jerks.
I know there's a term for it.
