You called? All I can do is disable his internet.

Added after 1 minutes:

Or you could at least get new accounts, or report him.

How about we just tell him to gtfo. I'm sure if enough people do it, we could legally get him to go away.

No it isn't. It's actually illegal according to the First Amendment. We have are freedoms limited to speech, petition, religion, et-cetera. Sending a virus may disallow the freedom of speech, which would be illegal.

no, it is protected under the freedom of speech. Because you wrote the code, its considered speech.

No, it's a leak of personal security, which can be considered illegal. Sending viruses are a reason to be arrested.

your thinking of a different virus than me. Im talking about viruses that just cause your computer to act funky and run things realllllly slow. No destruction of property, no identity theft.

Hes right, when you write a virus, the consumer does not read the file. The files read the consumer and also modify the information. So it is against the law for the damaging of property and the reading and modifying personal belongings.

sending viruses that do not harm data or steal data on a small scale (one person or so) is not illeagal unless it hits a government computer.

aNy who... should have said this earlier

Yes, you can get his IP, but you have to get him to accept a direct connection or file transfer first... regular chatting goes thru AIM servers.

If/Once you direct connect to him:
open a command prompt and type either...
netstat -n
netstat -n | find "4443"
(correct me if the port number is wrong, it's been a while)
The second option is better if you have a lot of connections.

Anyway, port 4443 should be involved in any direct connection (not sure on file transfers) so look for his IP there. Then you can visualroute it, nslookup to find domain and tell ISP... whatever.

Alucard, I just asked my Father (He's an attorney BTW) if what you said is true, and it IS ILLEGAL to send a virus. THere was actually a Federal ruling on this back in 2000 or 2001.

Just to repeat, SENDING ANY VIRUS IS ILLEGAL

(But only if you get caught lol )

not if you tell them to hook up with you directly so that you can fuck there shit up. then when they do it jsut so spite or challange you they agreed and were warned. like when the end user license agreement fuck you over. if you warn them its all good. like try to send the the file and enter that it is a virus and will fuck shit up when you send it cause nobody reads the discription when people send them stuff.
