I'm going to make a forum dedicated to Draknal's Rule (which is only the fanfic of PPGD, there are more things. Unfortunately, the forum in which I will start this isn't working (Draknal's Rule). I'm hoping that either Dave or someone else who runs a forum may find out what the problem is.

Well since I help run a site of the same style I can try. But what is wrong with it? Are you able to be more specific?

Hmmm....a little odd, I'm an admin on Orrina RPG and I'm able to see every sections (it's what I call these "Forums") we have, I'm gonna need to think of whats up with that.
