Vagely. Either I was too young at the time for me to remember, or I never watched it very often. I think I remember seeing a parody of a Watchmen Saturday Morning cartoon on Newgrounds though.
Tue Feb 26, 2013 3:24 pm
OH HELLS yes. we need that shit back. with decent shows.
Tue Feb 26, 2013 3:55 pm
Or just more good cartoons instead of these "Cartoon Network Real" things. Even Nick has more cartoons than Cartoon Network.
Tue Feb 26, 2013 11:11 pm
Aren't they trying to add more "real" shows again? I heard something about that.
Wed Feb 27, 2013 11:51 am
Yeah, they are. Cartoon Network Real is what it was called. They eventually dropped it though. However, the shows still remain. Level Up is one of those shows, where these kids are playing video games that come to life into the real world and they have to stop them.
Wed Feb 27, 2013 12:36 pm
Pfft. I want them to play Halo 4 then, and see if they can stop that shit.
Damn Promethean Knights, and your little Watches too.

/Try to stop Master Chief first

As far as cartoons go I watch ummm.... Adventure time GL:TAS and Young justice and I think that's it?
Fri Mar 01, 2013 12:09 pm
GL:TAS? My mind's drawing a blank.

Green lantern: The animated series
Fri Mar 01, 2013 12:27 pm
Oh. I watched a few episodes of that. It seemed pretty alright.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 12:30 pm
Two good cartoons and CN's canning them both
Fri Mar 01, 2013 2:56 pm
I liked Young Justice more, to be honest. Green Lantern wasn't horrible though
Fri Mar 01, 2013 3:03 pm
I find YJ was easier to get into and I do like YJ more. It's got a wider range of interactions and more dynamic villains I find.
But what do you expect when they're primarily motivated by one emotion?
Fri Mar 01, 2013 3:13 pm
True. I did hear about Cartoon Network scrapping YJ and GL, which kind of makes me sad. I can only hope that Cartoon Network replaces them with equally entertaining cartoons. I wish they ditched MAD TV though.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 3:18 pm
They're bringing back Teen Titans and I don't know. what's wrong with having four superhero shows anyway?
Fri Mar 01, 2013 3:22 pm
Yes, I heard that as well. I'd love to see the Teen Titans again. And I don't think I ever said 4 super hero shows were bad...?
Fri Mar 01, 2013 3:25 pm
I'd heard that they'll be focusing more on comedy when Teen Titans returns. Not sure if that's good or bad.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 3:32 pm
No you Jas. The CN feels the need to can the two good shows that already there to make way for the new DC shows.

Well a lot of Teen Titans was comedy. I'm not sure if it would follow the same "anime-esque" style of before, but I think they'll use the same comedy style as before. Or I would hope they would, anyway.
Sat Mar 02, 2013 2:15 pm
Well, it depends on whether or not you liked any of the episodes of Teen titans that didn't involve Slade or Raven's Dad.
Although...actually, there was the whole racism thing, demons...Huh. There was some seriousness there.
Eh. There'll still be plot, I'm sure.
Watched YJ for a bit, but then the hiatus hit and it's taking a bit to get in.
Anyone watch Dan Vs? I quite like it.
Wed Mar 06, 2013 2:56 pm
