I thought Texas was full of cowboys who did cattle thingies across dusty plains full of towns with tumbleweed and really high water towers and things.

Also, the thought of spiders that size in jungles is terrifying.

Although, considering the size of the webs they'd need to make to catch something big enough for them to eat, lessens it, cause you'd notice that. And if they just jumped from the damn trees on you at least it'd be quick.

Yes. He is from Skullgirls. He's also one of the potential DLC characters people can vote for once the crowdfunder reaches a certain point. I'm somewhat torn on who I want to vote for, to be honest, cuz Beowulf and Feng would also be cool to see.

I'm routing for the boss character Bloody Mary. As someone who fell victim to countless: "You can totally unlock the boss character if you do (insert impossible task here)." back in the pre online console/rumour wild time of gaming, it's kind of like closure and realising a part of my lost childhood................................ and she has pig tails and that's my weakness.

Mind you finding out that Masterhand from Smash Bros Melee was actually playable http://www.gametrailers.com/full-episodes/d8mcs4/pop-fiction-episode-03--master-of-hands helped a bit.

Still there are plenty of other characters I wouldn't mind seeing win.

Ehhhhh. I kinda don't want Bloody Marie to win. I'd rather see a character we haven't really seen in gameplay before. Something new, ya know? Though I will admit, I am somewhat biased against her based on how she'll probably play. Don't really like zoners. I prefer rushdowns and grapplers.

Something tells me she won't play like her boss version, otherwise the online will be nothing but people playing as her. It would be Starcraft and the zerg rush or to attribute it more to a fighting game. A DBZ game and everyone being super saiyan 3 Goku all over again. I think they may go for how she played as when she was human. Hell they may yet go that route.

I'm also interested in her story as her back story could reveal the canonical events of Skullgirls.

And I prefer rush type characters too, but I do like to mix it up now and then.

I know she's not gonna play like her boss version. That'd be terrible. I don't see her not being a zoner, though, and I think it'd help the game if there were a little more variety. I guess. I mean, the game only has one grappler and Big Band might be the game's first turtle, if he actually plays like Q from Third Strike. Don't really know what role Squiggly will play, in terms of fighting game character archetypes.

I'm more rooting for Leduc and Minette myself.

Leduc is supposedly gonna play like Iron Tager, so Leduc would be pretty cool to see. I think they said Minette's supposed to be kinda like Phoenix Wright in MVC3. Not sure how that'll turn out.

I think they mean it like she would be fighting, but "not" fighting. He was just doing stuff and it apparently did damage. So... maybe she'll like flail, make thought bubbles, or trip. Cute innocent stuff like that.

Huh, I really like Minette's design and she's cute so she'll probably get a load of votes, but as for her supposed fighting style. I don't think I could get into it. As much as I love funny, quirky fan characters in games (like the amazingly cool Frank West in MVC3U) they just aren't all that practical in fights.

With Minette, I'm sort of hoping they look at taking some inspiration from Darkstalker's Rikuo. It might be a bit predictable, both of them being sea people and all, but seeing her use sealife attacks would be neat.
