No Naku Koro Ni

Just to bring the EA forum back to life a little bit more, I was wondering if anyone has watched or heard of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni or Umineko no Naku Koro ni? Higurashi is more loli types, but it ties into Umineko. Both have loveable characters, and blood and gore. Yep, you heard right. But if you don't like anime with arcs, I suggest you not watch it. Because that's what it is.

Never watch the Higurashi dub, sometimes I like to watch dubs just to see if I missed anything.. but no. Never watch it. It will make your ears bleed.

I never watch dubs, because you can see a little of a characters personality by listening to their true voice. And the dubs are totally screwed up sometimes, when the characters voice doesn't match the current situation.

I read the manga version.

Dubs aren't always bad. Sometimes I like dubs better than I like the originals. Other times I hate them with the fiery passion of a thousand suns.

yea true but i mean like its not as scary like the motives behind the killings in higurashi were scarier plus NOBODY beats shions insane scary laugh

I like Elfen Lied.. but Higurashi is better with gore and plot. By the way Haruhi, want to know a spoiler about Higurashi?
