Wow. Yeah I can see that one.

As for who you would like to be, there isn't anyone? You have the whole world of anime badasses and there isn't anyone you would like to be?

Well, Ari, I don't really feel compelled to think of anyone.

I'm my own person, after all, why would I want to be another character?

If I had to pick one though...

It'd be Shinichi Izumi.

Because having a right arm that can do that shit would be awesome.

I'm sorry. I only meant it as a way to start conversation but I feel like I maybe ended up offending a couple of people. I didn't mean it in a "Who would I rather be than me because, let's face it, who would want to be me" way. I just thought people would pick characters like zombie hunters or space bounty hunters. Sorry if I upset anyone.

No no no.

You didn't offend anyone at all. Trust me. It was all me, I'm just a big weirdo who reads into things way too much.

Don't say you're sorry, man. You're too kind.

Here, I thought of another character.

After giving it some time, I thought of Makunouchi Ippo.

I wish I was the goddamn heavyweight boxing champion of the world, lol.

I am glad to know that you were not offended. But someone else perhaps could have been. Looking back, my post ended up being more personal than I intended so it is understandable if people got the wrong idea.

That is a cool pick. His towel looks just like a cape.

Um.... Are those welts on his body, sweat?

I think he's talking about Zankyou no Terror. I've been hearing that so far it's a good show, and that for some it sorta gives off a Paranoia Agent vibe. I'm waiting for it to end before I watch any of it though.

Which anime character do you consider yourself most like and which anime character would you most like to be?

Well, after some thought, I think I share the most similarities with Sawako from Kimi ni Todoke. Though I also share a lot of similarities with Yuzuru from Koe no Katachi.

Hmm, as for characters I'd like to be....maybe Shana (from Shakugan no Shana)? I think that it'd be cool to have flaming wings and a sword. And well, I'm sure I can get access to more melon pan if I were her lol

She's nothing but imcompetent scum.

@Cerulean

HEY CERULEAN WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE NEW CHAPTER(S).

Also, if we're going there, I'm ashamed to admit that I have some in common with Shouya ala his bullying in the past, and his guilt from the fact.

well~ c:
I think that it's interesting that Nagatsuka got his own chapter instead of Shouko. Really was not expecting that. That being said though, it was a very nice chapter.

It's a shame that Ueno prevented Shouko from visiting Shouya...and I wish that she hadn't done that, but I guess I understand that it's not that easy to change even if she is aware of the fact that what she did to Shouko was wrong. I'm really glad that Nagatsuka was there though and that he tried to lift Shouko's spirits after that incident. I also like that Shouko is the one who brought up continuing the movie. I suppose that this was one of the decisions she made last chapter. I forgot that Yuzuru followed her until she popped up at the end there though. And I'm not sure how I missed it, but I completely missed her injured arm before.

I like to think that if Shouko asked Mashiba, then he would oblige and help out. He would probably help if Nagatsuka asked him too. I really really want to think that he'd want to help for no other reason than to want to help Shouko given that they've been in similar situations in the past. It's hard to say, though, since it's hard to tell what actually makes him tick.

Sahara will definitely help. As will Yuzuru.

Ueno will probably wind up helping.

I'm not sure about Kawai though. She probably will if Mashiba does. But then that depends on whether or not these two have had a talk since the big blow up. And I don't know enough about her to make a call as to whether or not she'd pursue him despite being despised (possibly). I guess she could if she felt that completing the movie with Shouko would redeem her (Kawai) in Mashiba's eyes though since she comes off as self serving most of the time. I'd like to see more insight given to this character though. And I suspect that we might get a chapter dedicated to her one day. Maybe we can get a two for one and have that same chapter focus on Mashiba as well. I really want to see what makes him tick.

I sort of wonder whether or not Shimada will be incorporated into this movie too. If he does, then Ueno will probably drag him into it.

In the event that no one (excluding Nagatsuka, Yuzuru and Sahara) want to help make the movie anymore, I wonder whether or not the movie will be told from Shouko's perspective, and if that will finally give us the chapter that focuses solely on her....I want to see this. I think that it'd be a nice tie-in if the movie was called A Silent Voice. Yes.

From the anime's ive seen, the character that I've found to being at least somewhat similar to myself is Michiru Kita from Zombie Loan. Especially her attitude in the beginning of the manga reminds me of my younger self and character development following into her being more like my current self.

As for a character I'd like to be like? Lelouch from Code Geass definitely. He's such a badass and wicked smart.

Oh? That is exactly where I had read up to. Just after the butterfly killer case. I don't really know why I stopped other than they were hard to find. I wouldn't recomend reading them online. The translators got the names all wrong.

I'm glad they made it long to do it justice. I was afraid it would end too fast

I can't wait till they animate that one part in Part 5.

A good majority of the people here keep going on about how awesome Jojo is. Yet with everything I have seen and everything I have heard, I still have yet to be convinced.

I haven't gotten into it yet either, but I heard it's pretty good. Plus, from what I've looked into, it's pretty unique in some ways, like how it seems each arc takes place in a different time period and shows a different Jojo, like his ancestors and decedents, like it seems to be about the Jojo heritage and family line shown in different time periods. I haven't read it yet, but that's what I gather.

Sorry to veer off topic a bit, but this just hit me.

You all remember when Ari asked what kind of anime characters we'd all consider ourselves as. You probably all do.

Anywho I still don't have mine, but I definitely know who Ari would be.
