In North America Seafood is a correct term for fresh water fish. Elsewhere not so much.

Zeph! I'm disappointed in you! We do not eat brats!
Good children taste better.

Also cooking for weddings of 160 people isn't bad but would be waaaay better if our servers would give us a fudging head count.

That actually looks so good, I'd be tempted to try that (and I'm not even any good at cooking).

Are vegetarians okay with eggs? Or are those like a hundred times worse.

Oh man there's this colony of Hutterites (essentially a parallel to the Amish) not far from where I live. They sell pot pies made from scratch when the harvest comes in. They're made fresh daily from ingredients grown right at the colony and they sell them for $5 each. Best pot pies I've ever had in my life

@Quinny there are different kinds of vegetarians. Strict vegetarians, as we often think of them, are known as vegans and won't eat any kind of meat, eggs, or milk products. Those who are okay with milk products and eggs are known as ovo-lacto-vegetarians

They make this look so much easier than it actually is. That shit will burn the second you look away, like milk or cheese... Especially cheese.
