Its an interesting idea. I really see a extremely large amount of "anime influence" that turn me off. Like people who laugh when the run. Just odd little things that hope are not a major problem or direct influence into the world. I still want to see Halo in an anime style. I just don't an anime trying to be Halo.

I gotta say, I love some of the styles used in most of the preview clips, and how they say its more adult themed. There are many parts I want to see, but I think the funniest is when the Spartan got eaten by that Dinosaur.

Besides that, I had very little problem with it. Except when the Spartan dies.

Anamation and the story was not bad. I do find itt interesting that the only time you hear of the rivalry between the ODSTs and the Spartans is in the books, or in this anime. Never in any of the video games. The Spartan thing was touching, and I had only one problem. Those ARE NOT Forerunner buildings, those are Japan styled buildings. Halo: The fall of Reach
Halo: The Flood
Halo: First Strike.
To a degree nearly all of them showed some kind of distaste for the Spartan Program from the ODST branch. Especially in the second one that takes place during the first Halo.
This anime also showed it.
But the games never hinted it at all. And it wasn't because he was the Chief.

Even though the both have the same objective, they are different branches of the Special Warfare division. Simply put, its a rivalry.
And in Halo:The Fall of Reach, there is an... accident that furthers the situation.
