If you don't know what my theme is right now, I am going to smack you...

So in honor of my Theme, not only will I use the world in every line.

but I have also made a S&K Theme GBA skin.

Enjoy!.... theme.

Kris: you buy this, then stick it on top of your GBA, to make it look cool.

The gbaSKIN is a thin vinyl film backed with a removable adhesive and printed with your choice of cool designs. Each skin is laser cut to fit your gameboy perfectly.

Maxx I absolutely love it. But I dunno if they'll let you do that since Snoic and Knuckles are copyrighted and what not. But heres to hoping. If I ever do get a GBA skin it will be The VG Cats one. I'm thinking though that I don't play GBA cuz of the screen so I'm waiting for the cube add on then I won't need the GBA anymore. By the way how did you do the background like that Maxx?

BlackMage welcome to the boards man.

Dave, you don't have to post them on the main site, you can just get em for yourself

People make copywrited stuff all the time in the forums, Zelda, animes, etc. it would just be for me.

and Dave again... Well, a StepMania file had a background, so I edited around and voila!

I'm not making money off it, so its all good (that was ripped anyway)

To do list: need suggestions!

Done list: Cleaned background, fixed Sonics legs and cleaned "Knuckles"*

*not shown in current pic.

It still violates copyright law even if you're not making money of of it. All the "not making money off of it" does is make it hard to take the issue to court. You're still violating a law it'd just take a really good lawyer to hit you for it.

I was just saying. I kinda disturbs me when people think just cause they're not making money that their actions aren't violating copyright or pirazy laws. Proves that society is getting just a little too friendly with breaking said laws and basically forgetting about em. As a person who may one day make most of his money of copyrights and such I'd like to see the world still repsects them somewhat.

You can use it either way its just breaking a law. Its like driving 5 mph over the speed limit. And you can use an image of the character you like if you drew it or you had it drawn for you for that particular purpose. You cannot copyright an idea, only a work.

No kidding coloring is the biggest pain in the ass. I've thought of doing just black and white comics for so long but I can't stand black and white comics and it would be bad to not like your own comic.

What if you copy someones artwork in the name of practice. Is that violation of copywright laws?
