We're just going to end up switching the ways we switch files in the end, and if they start pushing this shit too much just wait until Anon hits Comcast and the other ISPs with a bunch of bullshit.

Guys, you repeat yourselves too much.

Anyway it sucks immensely, but there's nothing I can do to prevent it.

I also don't share WiNg0o's optimism regarding this. Torrent clients reveal your IP address to your ISP and other peers even when you use Tor and the only reliablie way around that are services like http://btguard.com/ , which require payment and might become illegal in the future. Efficient IRC bots require constant donations. Dark nets survive long, only if they are used by small and exclusive communities.

Anons have limited resources and a lot of their past success can be attributed to their ISPs not caring about what they do, which would change once ISPs themselves, or their sponsors become targets.
