I only remembered the horse scene from the comic.

There are many elements from the comic applied to the show, but its still hugely dissimilar.

They'll most likely keep the death of characters very similar to the comic.

Dunno, that is probably the only aspect of the comics that I would like to see changed.

I think it plays an important role.

I can see its effective use in a psychological zombie comic but I would still hate to see it.

Well, essentially you will hate MANY events in the comic, and not because they were poorly portrayed or badly written.
But because of its emotional appeal, kind of like a novela, but with more zombies and gore.

and no undead boobies :'(
