You ALL better be watching this show come Halloween night or zombies will come to get you in the morning. That's right. MORNING ZOMBIES.

Anyways, for those that dont know what I'm talking about - The Walking Dead.

Been excited for this series for some time now, hoping it'll stay at least somewhat close to the comics. And it's on AMC and they don't spare on the gore thankfully.

Yeah I watched the premiere already as well, and now I'm sad I did D= Because now I'll have to wait 2 full weeks before I get to watch the second episode

Also sad that it's only supposed to be about 6 episodes long right now.

The Premiere is the one that's showing on Halloween, just a bunch of people got to watch it beforehand. You can find it if you look in some less than legal areas.

Also, they're trying to actually make it a real series. They listed those 6 episodes as Season 1, so they are trying to do more than just those I think. I think they're looking to see how popular it'll be first.

I may have to as I'll probably either forget to watch it or something will happen to prevent me from watching it.

Also, someone mentioned it being a mini-series, they're already planning a second season. I know this because sometime ago a friend entered a contest to be a zombie in said season.

So yeah, Season 2 of Walking Dead has been given the go ahead and will be 13 episodes as opposed to 6. I'm happy I have a place to get my zombie cravings now.

Just saw the first episode, it's ridiculously good. Like holy shit it's good. Even if it were not about zombies and dealt with some other sort apocalypse it'd be fantastic. These actors are really good and there were points where I was genuinely afraid.

Yeah, that's what I've liked most about it so far myself. I think my favorite part of the first episode was near the end when he put that legless zombie out of it's misery. I almost felt bad for the zombie.

Dramatic effect? We need to see what happens during the time it takes for the protagonist to reunite with them and add some drama. They've already changed a few things around.
