depends, I don't know what version of your bios your using, usually delete or escape or f10 during boot will give you access, usually it tells you. And system clock, or bios clock is what you are going to look for. Since there is a different bios for almost every motherboard I can't be more specific, still it shouldn't be too hard to find. Generally they have a pretty intuitive layout.
