Late input: Bulk is BUUUULK. To get things bulk printed you need to invest a good $2000-$4000.

yeah I think I'll probably end up investing at least a grand in shirts. Probably more. That's why it's scary.

Luckily for me I got in a car crash and if the insurance company ever pays me I'll have a grand or more to invest *yay*

Whoa, you're anticipating that many? I totally underestimated the popularity of Snafu. I guess I still see it as this little fledgling comic with so much potential :)

Also, I'd buy the Snafu shirt.

Keep in mind that to make any *good* return for bulk you'll have to invest significantly more than a grand, it has to be up front, and you'd better hope you have a place to store all the shirts. 'Cause they all go to you. And then you also have to manage the packaging and shipping of said shirts.

You're honestly probably better off going with a third party your first go. It'll be a higher price, you'll have less control, and the quality may or may not be as good, but you won't have to worry (as much?) about minimums, making your capital investment back, and shipping. Oh GODS the shipping.

Honestly with the Horde shirt the problem is people enjoy ambiguity when showing fandom.

I must have the Nowbody shirt. XL (pre-washed always fit best).

oh, and this is my first post, just wanted to make sure I told you how amazingly awesome the Nobody shirt is

Take it easy. All I'm doing is monitoring your bills, it's not like I'm in your bushes outside right now piggybacking on your unsecured wireless internet or anything.

Hah, I Rivendaled you from a remote location! That's got to be some sort of record.

For the rest of you guys, don't click on that link. :) It's a joke over at Digital Pimp - basically we sucker other people into clicking links that actually go straigt to LotR characters getting it on. Sometimes you can just put the link right out there and people will fall for it. :)

Yeah I'll send it to Israel if your willing to pay the shipping. Which would probably be a crap load honestly.

Yeah Spike shipping is DEFINATELY what I'm scared of. Packageing a little bit.

Storage not so much since my duplex has tons of space especially in the summer.

But yeah... shipping. The horrors. But it'll be a good learning experience no matter what. Assuming I don't miff anything up too badly I think I'm up for the task. We'll see. Worst case scenerio I'll make my loser friends with worthless jobs help me. I'm looking at you Layne... knowing you can't look back with your broken computer. HA HA.

Added after 3 minutes:

Oh and yeah I totally wanted the iMac with the insurance money. But the more I think about it the more I think it's just me being selfish. I can't do anything with the iMac that I can't do with my current computer. But I can do stuff with shirts, and prints, and plus I just bought the plane tickets to Otakon and A-kon. I don't DARE buy an iMac on top of that because ze credit card be nearly maxxed. SCARY. But I'll be fine. Freelance has been pretty good to me so far... granted I can work on freelance projects far less while I'm worried about this stuff i.e. new server, online store, shirt designs, print designs, convention booth, planning trips etc. But yeah I'm through whining I feel silly at this point.

I dunno I had some stuff shipped from russia once and it was only 6 bucks on neglected class shipping. If you totally don't care when it get's there it can be cheep.

Also the problem with neglected class shipping. I think it's like 3-4 weeks and it costs more fot eh insurance. :(

Also if you tell them that your shipping books you can get a book rate and with that I once shipped a 2 pound package to my mom on the east coast for a buck fiddy

Man this place has grown. I started out reading bleedman's ppg doujin WAY back when. The first time I read it, the last page posted was the introduction of zim, where he's sitting on the chair and looks all badass. So much for that! XD

Anyway, youre coming to fanime? SWEET! I'll definetly look for you! Dealers Room or Artist's Alley? Have you been before, as a guest?

Also: I think that, for the grim tales, you should have two shirts. One with "ten second" grim (though perhaps with out the facial remains in his hand, and without mandy in the way....maybe a different pose, too?) That would be awesome. Maybe a cool line on the front (back?) and/or something on the sleeve. I really like the ones with stuff on the sleeve ^.^ But I think this shirt would be just as cool without any text at all.

And then, the one I would really, REALLY buy. There needs to be a shirt just for Mandy. On the back (front?) would be something not entirely dissimiler to the first panel in http://grim.snafu-comics.com/?strip_id=28 (though obviously without the sd looney tunes crooks and sin Mandy.) It might not have the four of them in exactly those same poses, but they'd all be there, along with "adult" ("business?") Mandy (possibly back to back with sin Mandy?) and also possibly ending with "demoness" Mandy. A cool or witty line on the opposite side or sleeve might do something to help "finish" the design, give it some closure, but thats up to you. I also have no idea what you'd put (maybe "'Grim' can't even begin to describe her."? Hahaha XD)

Anyway, your designs rock. Even if you dont use my ideas, I'll probably still buy one of the other ones...maybe. But that doesnt mean you shouldnt use mine! At any rate, I hope everybody keeps up the great work on all the awesome comics and art, you all rock, and I'll see you at Fanime!
