Well now I've off to Emerald City Comic-Con. I wont' be back Monday to make a Snafu in time. Sorry bout that. But I'll get Tin up next week for sure and Snafu hopefully later like I did this week. Anyhow Katamari Cube in the store is a RAD new design not done by me but still freaking sweet.
Well Shark Robot has new stuff. My favorite by FAR being the Ironman <3 shirt It's really really really good looking. It's seriously between Ironman <3 and The Cake is a Lie shirt for best looking shirt I've ever done. The other shirts are pretty rad to. Pac Love is adorable. And what I like to call Pac Slut makes me giggle. I truthfully don't think that shirt design will sell very many, dirty joke shirts generally don't. But I wanted one rather badly so if we only end up making one copy for myself I'm cool with it ;)
And it's important that you all realize that we have shirt sizes from Small to 5XL in guy shirts. Small through 2XL in girl's babydoll shirts, and S through XL in kid's youth sizes. All of the above are ONLY for this pre-order. Once this pre=order is over with there will only be guy sizes Small through XL readily available so please if you need a girl shirt, large shirt, or kid's sized shirt get them during the pre-order.
I'm going to go to Seattle for Emerald City Comiccon this weekend. And I thought I had to leave tomorrow (technically today) but it turns out I don't. And I've been busting my ass off working to get ready for this con all day and now night (it's 6AM and I've yet to sleep) So finding out I have an extra day literally just now is AWESOME. I will get Snafu and hopefully Tin done today so I can leave you with a happy note with comics ;)
I'm trying to get the comics done still. I had a hard drive failure of sorts that I've been taking care of. Not a "crucial" one it was my backup (thank god) but regardless it had a LOT of files I needed on it and I've been working on that for a LONG time. Also good-ish news the harddrive is still under warranty for one more month. So so happy about that. I still think I should be able to get Snafu up today. Along with news of new shirt designs. One of them being my FAVORITE shirt I've ever made. Seriously I love it.
We're upgrading a lot of the software that runs our server this weekend so expect some downtimes. Sorry bout that. We'll get it up and running as soon as possible.
First off sorry there wasn't a new Tin. But I had good reason. I was having uber lots of fun with my nephew. K so My nephew came over and we started the day with playing some Rock Band which is always awesome. Then we went to The Used concert which is always awesome. My nephew got to meet Jepha and Quin and Dan which is great. Then after that we went and watched the midnight release of Iron Man which is the best movie I've seen in YEARS. Loved that movie. Then I drove my nephew home which is a two+ hour drive and at this point it was like 5 am so I slept at my parents house. Then I woke up got back up here to home and helped my friend Austen move for the rest of the day. I'm tired. and content.
But yeah I have full intentions of releasing Tin still for this week Not sure when I'll get a chance but hopefully soon soon. But as a hold you over Tetris done awesome. Thanks to Brett for the heads up.
K I changed the comic up a bit. I'm much happier with it this time. It puts a lot more faith in the reader they'll get it's mario kart with RE characters without blatantly saying Resident Evil Kart. I like the backgrounds better in the two first frame.s I added some shading to the third back ground And I changed Jill's quote to what I originally wanted her to say but thought it was too wordy for being hit into the air. But I like the joke better so fuck it.

It's a cool local comic book shop centering around comics, minatures, board games, card games, and other geek fun. There will be some other guests there as well More specifically Howard Tayler, Chad Hardin, Mandy MacMurray, JJ Harrison, and Kevin Wasden. So should be pretty fun. I'll be bringing some various merch to sell. I'm not sure if they'll let me setup my full booth or not. But if they do that would be SUPER rad I'll get a bunch of prints and some shirts to sell then. I'm excited I rarely do local events and the idea of setting up the booth and meeting fans without having to fly/drive for 8 hours sounds fantastic.
Although I must admit. I don't know that Snafu hits the "Utah" *cough* Mormon *cough* audience all that well. I hope to be pleasantly surprised but I think I'll be a side thought at best. We'll see in a few days though.
