A quick explanation for the origin of the comic. I got the idea once I realised every other word out of my mouth about Gear's of War while playing it was "this is so pretty" Then I thought it would be humorous if the characters could hear me calling them pretty. And then the comic was born. Plus I wanted to draw a Gears of War fan art. I should make it into a wallpaper for my Deviant Art account... but I probably won't.
for the first time in a long time I'm getting the comic done before the sun comes up the next day. I still have like 25 minutes before the sun rises. I feel like I set a record or something.
I have to say thanks again to everyone who's been donating to the Child's Play charity. Seriously you guys are the BEST!
This may sound really weird but when I put up this Child's Play auction I was really nervous about the whole event. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to really help out and that nobody would listen to our request for Charity. I could barely sleep last night after I put it up and I even avoided looking into the Child's play account all day out of fear that nobody would have donated. Well already after one day I have to thank you all for being the best fans of any webcomic ever. Seriously thanks so much for your donations. You've really made my entire Holiday season something special.
It's my birthday on the 6th of December and there is nothing I would like more than to see the Generosity of Snafu fans towards silk children in hospitals. It's a fantastic cause and I know we can make a big difference.
Well Psyguy and the Wa-Chow Crew interviewed me on their online radio show. You can get my interview directly here. It went well enough I guess, all things considering. We had a LOT of technical difficulties and I along with a lot of them kept getting dropped thoughout the show randomly and had to reconnect. Due to that there were some WEIRD edits at the end where it sounds like I started talking about Dave's Ass out of no where and Scott being behind me. That was a weird edit after a much more indepth question about conventions and Otakon inparticular. The "Scott being behind me" was my table's relation to Scott's. If you had the whole conversation it was I was right beside Mac Hall and Digital Purgatory/TCS and Scott was a behind me.
Dave's ass comment was just sexy and doesn't need to be explained.
Well My internet seems to be working a bit again which is sad because now I need to stop playing Zelda and work some more on the site. But is also cool because people sent me e-mails on how the fishing works and it's not so annoyingly frusterating anymore. Oh did I mention Zelda is the best game ever? Because I should have.
Well I've been workign on some big things for Snafu lately and it's taking a lot of time. But thats why I've been gone for a bit. Except for today. today the internet broke on me all day and I'm just now getting it working again. So I played Zelda. It was fun. I dont' get fishing at all though. Seriously don't get it. I HATE fishing both real an digitally and it's driving me MAD INSANE.
