Anyhoo, yesterday was awesome fun. Work as usual until around 5. Well not quite work as usual it was a rather slow day comparitively speaking. Which sucks I'd much rather be super busy than not. luckily today seems much busier. Anyhow after work I went home to find that Darin my ex-roomate had come back from Seatle for a week and was haning out. Fun fun. Then my roomates Kaleb, Adam, and I went swimming in this way cool recreation center that was literally three blocks away and none of us knew it existed. It had two ice skating places, and two swimming pools, and a weight room and tons of stuff. I believe we're all going to buy a month long pass there. Anyhow, I haven't been swimming in a public pool for at least 5 years so it was crazy for me. I remember high dives being so much higher even though I know they probably weren't. Also my roomates tried to teach me how to actually dive from the side of the pool. I usually avoid diving at all costs because it hurts when you do it wrong. But I actually did pretty good this time only screwing up like twice the whole day. Buy my roomates wouldn't let me quit after I screwed up using the tactics of peer preasure to keep me practicing. Remember kids you should always give into peer preasure ;)

After we got our of the pool my other roomate, Well, ex-roomate as of the the 1st of this month, played on the radio for his band Taught Me. That reminds me I need to make the words Taught Me auto link to his web page for future posts... Anyhow he sounded sooooo good on the radio. He didn't play either of my favorite songs of his though *grrr*. While driving around listening to Taught Me we stopped at Burger King where I tried my first Veggie Burger from BK. I seriously loved it. My roomate is vegitarian so I've been trying vegitatian foods as often as possible. I always like the taste of veggitarian foods it just upsets my stomache 9 out of 10 times. Which isn't uncommon for ALL food to do that so really no biggie.

I returned home to find that I missed a call from the all time awesomest person alive Nix from Digital Purgatory. It was already far too late to call back sadly. BLAH.

We also pirated cable accidentially. We were trying to hook up the internet and we ended up not only fixing the internet but getting free cable. I don't watch TV so it doesn't matter to me but it's cool that we're getting it free style.

I also discovered the horrifying fact that my modded X-box won't save any of my gameboy color games. I played Zelda Oracle of Ages for nearly 3 hours saved it and found it gone the next time I went to play it. I'm pretty sure my soul shattered a bit.

Anyhoo the super cool thing about the whold event was my co-wedding gift. Me and my other friend Dave gave Sean the trilogy of the original Star Wars on DVD because he's a Star Wars nut. Then for the card we bought one of those nasty girl birthday cards with the half nakked guy on the front. Then inside the card I wrote that that the gift was for sean and the card was for Daina. Then I wrote that Daina could have done better. I think it was sweet.
