Worst color/shading job I've ever done but it was FAST and since I'm so pressed for time right now it will have to do. I start my new job today. I'm in the process of moving. I'm graduating and taking Finals this week. So overall BLAH is all I have to say.
Alright let's start this off right. My mom is retarded.
I just got that new job I mentioned so my mom drove up here to buy me new pants for work. I absolutely hate hate HATE clothes shopping. The worst part being trying the clothes on. Well she was holding my actual pair of pants while I tried the new pairs on. My wallet fell out while my mom was holding them. I didn't realise it was gone until an hour or so later. Went back to the store, yeah it's long gone. So I had to cancel my credit card my atm card my two checking accounts I need a new drivers licence a new social security number, I lost about a hundered bucks, a receit good for a 30 dollar book, about 5 bucks in gift cards, my blockbuster card, my hollywood card, my student ID card which also GETS ME INTO MY APARTMENT (grrrrr), my kick boxing class punch card ( I got screwed out of like 5 classes.) all my phone numbers, and my mints of awesome.
This could NOT have come at a worse time. It's finals, I have to move (now even sooner cuz I can't get into my apartment on my own so I'm moving tomorrow.) I start my new job Monday. and now I have to try and regain my "cards". So yeah this has been a giant pile of shit for a day.
On the upside I saw Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy. Very entertaining.
Oh yes and my ScotTrade number that has to be changed as well. And my Pay Pal account. Sweet sweet.
I don't know how many of you are watching the anime Naruto but I would hope ALL of you are. The most recent episode is so fantastic I just... Wow. I love this show. I love this show so much. It's without a doubt my favorite thing EVER and has been for well over a year straight. And that says a lot because I'm a very fickle person.
Oh and for you Live Journal Peeps I have a Live Journal feed script that works with the php script for comics we already use for the site. Jae did the programing awhile ago I just need to get around to implementing it for Snafu-Comics and bundling it with our current php scripts.
Kung Fu Hustle is hilarious and extremely enjoyable. Everyone should go watch it.
And on the subject of movies I hope everyone has already secured their tickets for Star Wars Episode 3 opening night. I've got mine, and I'm not even a Star Wars fan.
Has anyone else noticed that Sony's biggest contributions to the gaming industry have NOTHING to do with games? PS2 brought a DVD player to the field. The PSP brought a MP3 player/Movie player/Portable Porn to the field. and I'm sure the PS3 will come fully compatible with the George Foreman Grill. I don't think it's a bad idea to make these devices multi-fuctional by any means. It's actually a VERY good idea. It's just ironic.
And no, I don't have a PSP. There currently aren't and games I really want on it. Lumines is the only one I'm even moderately curious about. Plus I already have an MP3 player. But in all fairness the DS doesn't have any spectacular game that is a "must have" either.
