the phrase "Equivalent of 29 orgasms." is a direct quote from the Tenacious D DVD which I just barely watched a couple days ago. Very funny and very neat. I wasn't a D fan until I saw the DVD and now I loves them.
Mega Man Zero is the coolest game EVER. It's very difficult and the style screams awesome. Screams I say.
And sorry for getting this comic up a couple hours late. Since I had to reformat my computer none of my settings were right and then I had to find my fonts and then I said SCREW IT and went to bed. But here it is.
When I said I couldn't take my Gender Studies class too much longer before I hit critical mass and couldn't take it anymore I didn't have any idea that that would happen less than an hour before I said it before I even go to the class again. I was reading the required chapter before class and it was full of the usual expected dribble. But then it changed subjects to the 9/11 tragedy. and it said something that I'm not by any means going to stand for, here it is a direct quote from a book writen by Bell Hooks:

I'm absolutely furious. I'd like to apologize to the author Bell Hooks, as a white male I'm sorry that the firefighters who died in the 9/11 tragedy were also white and male, That was a really racist thing of us to do. I'd gladly trade them for black females if that would make your fucked up bitch ass HAPPY. Fuck you, fuck you and die. Reading that white men can't even DIE without being racist sexist pigs especially an example from one of the greatest american tragedies of our time... I'm just speechless and angry and I'm getting out of this class NOW before I flip out hardcore like a ninja. Well without the cool costume and the "skills."
Now for some talkie talk about school. My classes all seem decent. They should be a lot of work but oh well. But my Gender and Study class will probably be my most interesting and most likely to piss me off royal class. Already I leave feeling so so so MAD at the bullshit I have to sit through. It's an hour and a half of women telling me how awful I am for being a man. The all time queen bee of being a cunt is this fat, fat, FAT evil black girl. She goes off on how people don't like her vecause she's black. I swear it's never occured to her that people don't like her because she's a mega bitch. I've still never seen her smile or even relax her face from scowling all the time. I really don't know how long I can go without blowing up verbally in that class. I give it two days and I'll either have my feet securely wedged in my mouth or rammed in Bitchzilla's ass.
Well I'm finally back and settled in from PAX. I actually got back late Monday night but it's taken me this long to respond because my computer decided that it didn't like working anymore and went on strike. I mentioned before how both my CD drive at the same time decided to stop working. I got some good suggestions from everyone on what to try to do to fix it but in the end none of them worked. I took my computer to a repair shop and the tested the CD drives themselves in other computers and they worked fine. So the end result is I had to wipe my harddrive completely clean and then start over. I'm still trying to get all of my software reinstalled and working properly. It such a pain in the ass but oh well.
PAX itself was extremely fun. Not so much on the convention side of things but just the company and funness on the ride up and the hotel late night laughfests and yeah I enjoyed myself.
I got a peak at Conker's for the Xbox and I have mixed feelings on it. Conker's Bad Fur Day for the N64 is one of my favorite games EVER. But the controls just felt wrong on the Xbox. I'll still buy it but man I don't know... It's... I dunno.
Fable looked interesting but not exactly my cup of tea. Although I've heard such great things about it I'll definately give it a more expansive try later but at the con it was only luke warm for me.
Jade Empire how ever was AWESOME. KOTOR was a great game but Jade Empire looks twice as awesome in every way. Plus it's not Star Wars which is mega bonus points in my book.
Halo 2 was there but I honestly didn't even look at it. Oops.
I missed the Smash Bro's tourny because I went to the Penny-Arcade Q and A session instead. My friend took my spot in the tourny and he did OK but we were all outclassed mega. The 2nd best player in Japan was there and he won the tourny. I saw him play actually and it was mind blowing. It sucked seeing him play and realizing that my own Smash skills are subpar at best.
